Information we process
Depending on the features you use, SuppLens may process:
- photos you choose to submit for supplement-label analysis;
- scan results, saved scans, dietary preferences, and questions you submit in the app;
- device or app identifiers used for app functionality, analytics, advertising attribution, and subscription management;
- product interaction, diagnostic, and performance data; and
- your email address and message if you contact support.
How we use information
We use information to provide label analysis and related app features, maintain saved scans, manage subscriptions, secure and troubleshoot the service, measure product performance, improve SuppLens, provide support, and measure marketing where permitted.
Website analytics
If you select “Allow analytics” on this website, we use Google Analytics to collect page views and interactions such as scrolling and outbound-link clicks, including an event when you click a SuppLens App Store button. Google Analytics may also process general browser, device, referral, and approximate location information. We do not intentionally send supplement names, label photos, scan results, dietary preferences, or questions from the website to Google Analytics.
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time through “Analytics settings” in the website footer.
Service providers
SuppLens relies on service providers for infrastructure and features such as AI-assisted label analysis, analytics, crash or performance reporting, subscription management, and advertising attribution. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Apple also processes App Store purchases independently.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution. You can delete individual saved scans in the app. To request deletion of other information associated with your use of SuppLens, contact us.
Your choices
You can decline website analytics, change that choice through the website footer, decline optional app tracking through iOS permission controls, manage app permissions in iOS Settings, and manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account. Some processing is required to provide a feature you request, such as analyzing a submitted label image.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Children
SuppLens is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where required.
International use
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, where data-protection rules may differ. We use service providers and safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law.
Changes
We may update this policy as SuppLens changes. We will post the updated date on this page.
